Karen is the Founder and Managing Director of PCC , she is an experienced Transformation & Business Change Director with over nineteen years experience in programme & change management, developing and implementing strategies for change in both private & public sectors including: Agilisys, Shell Oil, Carphone Warehouse, Sidel, Network Rail, TFL and a number of local government institutions.
Karen holds a Masters in Applied Project Management and with a passion for behavioural change heads up the Organistional Change practice.
Areas of specific expertise include: strategy development/implementation, stakeholder engagement, TOM Design, BPR and organisational & cultural change development.
John is a globally experienced MBA qualified Management Coach, Consultant, Facilitator and learning solutions designer. He has held a number of Senior Learning Leader roles including:
- Head of Workshop Development for Imparta
- European Head of Training and Development for BOC
- Senior Business Change Consultant for Xansa
- Senior Organisational Consultant for Lloyds TSB
John has over 25 years’ experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions in Leadership/Sales and Change. He is also an experienced Executive coach currently coaching a number of senior executives. Locations such as Malaysia, China, Western, Central and Eastern Europe, South Africa, North and South America are amongst many John has worked in.
Jonathan is a Business Change and Programme Management Consultant with extensive experience in the transport sector (Aviation, Rail, Highways and Public Transport). Jonathan has previously held senior positions in BAA, Manchester Airport Group and Network Rail.
Jonathan manages the capability development in the north of the country managing the business development from inception to execution.
Jonathan’s background has evolved to include technical planning and project management roles, capital investment management, client sponsorship, infrastructure programme management and business change.
His experience allows him comfortably fulfil Business Change and Programme management and coaching roles in complex environments.
Michael has 19+ years experience in transformational change, leadership and programme delivery roles across the public and private sectors, including 3 years as Chief Operating Officer of Infrastructure UK, where he gained broad experience across the infrastructure sector.
Mike holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School which he utilises in Building sustainable change for organisations through effective stakeholder engagement.
More recently Michael has implemented portfolio management within Network Rail, as well as undertaking transformation programme assurance and advisory services for clients, including in the FTSE250 and infrastructure markets.
Akil is the co-founder & Head of Research at Comuzi, a future-focused creative innovation firm, working at the intersection of emerging technology and humans. Some of Comuzi’s clients include Nike, ASOS, Uber, BBC, University of Arts London, Ustwo and the NHS.
Akil holds a BSC in Natural Science and is a multidisciplinary researcher whose most recent work around redesigning mental health and social protection services has been recognized by G20 as international best practice.
Akil provides innovative Leadership Coaching and development and frequently delivers projects as part of the PCC team.
Kareen is an experienced change management and communications professional. Kareen’s career has spanned the private and public sectors including Roche Pharmaceutical, British Gas, Kier Construction, Metropolitan Police, Home serve and Network Rail. Kareen holds Diplomas in Communication and Coaching which aid her partnering, influencing and advising clients to build and develop change and communications capability.
As a consummate professional, Kareen’s collaborative approach and varied background has given her the ability to flex her style to meet the needs of differing organisational cultures and stakeholders across departments disciplines and countries.
Lisel’s professional career has been dedicated to customer service, with the last 14 years specifically focussed on change management training management and liaising with customers pre and post events.
With more than 19 year’s experience, Lisel is an organised Customer Service Professional with a strong ability to multi task and prioritise. Lisel consistently ensures the smooth running of our in house administration, including leading the logistics for all workshops and masterclass delivered by PCC.
Lisel has extensive field co-ordinating experience, and has proven able to adapt well to new environments and learn new processes quickly to ensure a smooth roll out of our capability development.
During her career, Lisel has worked closely with companies including Novartis, Syngenta, NATS and Legal and General to ensure seamless organisation and execution of workshops.
Rhys is an intuitive and dynamic member of the team. Recently completing his BA in Management and Marketing, he provides support during clients adoption of Roadmap Pro, as well as producing regular newsletters, website updates, and other documents for internal communication.
Rhys has been supporting the team for 18 months, developing material and managing the social media for a number of our clients. His focus has largely been on supporting user testing and feedback on Roadmap Pro implementations.
